
Liverpool, UK: The 17th Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) Teaching and Learning Conference has kicked off today at the Redmonds Building here in Liverpool, UK, from 14th to 15th June 2018.
The two-day conference has brought together dozen international institutions and hundreds of professionals and academicians.
Over 400 delegates from all over the world are attending the event, a source said.
YPC International College and many other international institutions and partners are participating in this conference.
This year’s event highlights the challenges that higher education faces and covering a broad range of teaching and learning topics, under the theme ‘The Changing Landscape of Higher Education’.
“Today we are delighted to be hosting a conference at the Teaching and Learning Conference 2018. We will be discussing how Social Media can transform Professional Development,” said a statement posted on LJMU HR facebook.
The conference which is hosted by the Faculty of Arts, Professional and Social Studies at the Mount Pleasant Campus (Redmonds Building), was officially opened today (June 14) by Vice-Chancellor Professor Nigel Weatherill.
Keynotes were delivered by Dr. Erik Lithander, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International and Student Recruitment), University of Bristol.- Malaysia World News
