MOSCOW: Chechen army chief Ramzan Kadyrov is reportedly in Ukraine with Russian troops.
The Chechen army chief is in Ukraine to help Russia
“Over the course of the day, we are about 20 kilometers from Kyiv and today, we are getting closer.
“All Ukrainian soldiers, if you have the chance, lay down your arms immediately or we do not guarantee your fate after this.
“We will prove that Russia’s military plan is better than the west,” he said in the video.
Earlier, Chechen troops were deployed to hunt down Ukraine’s top wanted officials.
