UN General Assembly members are about to vote on a resolution opposing the US decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

Many Countries are expected to vote against Trump and Israel, and this would be a massive blow to Mr. Trump who declared Jerusalem as Israel’s capital on the 6th December.

Donald Trump threatened yesterday to cut financial aids and funds to countries that vote against US and Israel.

Among the recipients of U.S. aid are Egypt, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Jordan, and Nigeria, besides Israel itself.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan slammed U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday.

“Mr. Trump, you cannot buy Turkey’s democratic will with your dollars”, Erdogan said after U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to cut aid to countries that support a draft UN resolution calling for the United States to withdraw its decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu used harsh words today and slammed the UN Resolution, calling it a “house of lies”.

He also proclaims that “the State of Israel rejects this vote outright” and that “Jerusalem is our capital, we will continue to build there and additional embassies will move to Jerusalem.”

Meanwhile, U.S. Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, insists that “America will put our embassy in Jerusalem. It is what the American people want us to do and it is the right thing to do.”

Nikki also threatens the allies of USA that if they vote for the resolution their names will be taken.

“Make sure our allies have our back as well. For those who do not have our back, we are taking their names and we will respond to that accordingly,” she said.
