PUTRAJAYA : Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has been arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) while giving her statement at its headquarters at 3.20pm today.
According to sources, the wife of the former Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak will be charged with money laundering tomorrow.
Rosmah was present at the MACC headquarters at 9.42am to give her statement for the third time and was accompanied by her lawyers Datuk K. Kumaraendran and Datuk Geethan Ram Vincent.
Earlier on June 5, Rosmah was questioned about five hours by MACC investigators over a probe into SRC International, a former 1MDB subsidiary.
On September 26, the wife of the Pekan Member of Parliament was called again for questioning for 13 hours and this time for 1MDB.
Meanwhile on September 24, MACC Chief Commissioner Datuk Seri Shukri Abdull was quoted as saying that the investigation on Rosmah has been completed and the report had been submitted to the Attorney General. –Malaysia World News.
