
KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had received a courtesy call from Foreign Minister of United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan at Parliament here Thursday.
Also present was Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Dr.Zambry Abd. Kadir and his delegation.
“The courtesy call is in conjunction with the official visit of Sheikh Abdullah to Malaysia for two days beginning yesterday (Wednesday),” said Anwar in his Facebook post.
The Tambun Member of Parliament added, in his meeting with Sheikh Abdullah, they have discussed the bilateral relationship between Malaysia-UAE that should be intensified continuously.
“We have the opportunity to exchange opinions relating to the regional and international issues that are of mutual interests,” Anwar said. – Malaysia World News
