MCA president: Our pockets are now empty

Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong claims Pakatan Harapan (PH) is not capable of running the country.

The MCA president says that the country’s economy is going down, the ringgit becoming weaker against the US dollar, and foreign investors are leaving under this PH government which came into power six months ago.

“The people are most concerned as their income has a direct effect on their spending power.

“It has been half a year; our pockets are now empty.

“Everyone is still waiting for Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng to work his magic,” Dr Wee was quoted saying at the opening of MCA’s 65th annual general assembly at Wisma MCA here yesterday.
