Low income group received their house keys at Residensi SkyAwani from PM Ismail

KUALA LUMPUR JUNE 18: The Residensi SkyAwani house owners with average low income (M40 group) have received their house keys from the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob here today.

The Prime Minister said, the owners are now able to own their own houses that are built on a 4.55 acres land that accommodate three blocks of building each with 52 storey consisting of 1,905 living units costing RM300,000 per unit.

Ismail added, each unit occupies 800 square feet with three bedrooms, a roofed parking lot and is equipped with several facilities such as swimming pool, gymnasium, bubble jet jaccuzzi, basket ball court and a multi-purpose hall.

“I was informed that the developer had also provided a game area for the children that only luxurious housing projects with RM500, 000 per unit will cater that facility.

“This is an added value that the developer has offered to the occupants of these affordable houses for the happiness of the Malaysian Family,” Ismail said in his speech when officiating the Residensi SkyAwani in Jalan Santuari, Setapak, Federal Territory, Kuala Lumpur today.

Ismail also mentioned that the Residensi SkyAwani has a SkyBridge that has been awarded The Highest Home SkyBridge in Malaysia with the height of 170.55 metres.

On another development Ismail said, the SkyWorld had launched the first until the fifth Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia and had sold 6,236 units until this year.

“The SkyWorld is planning to build the living units in the Awani series to respond to the government’s call towards providing 500,000 units of affordable houses in the 12th Malaysia Plan,” he said.

Ismail added, until May 2022, 67,944 living units under Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia involving 104 projects in the Federal Territory had received the building approval. From the total 97 projects are in Kuala Lumpur, three projects in Putrajaya and four projects in Labuan. –Malaysia World News
