KUALA LUMPUR: Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor (pic) has been admitted to hospital.
Her lawyer said she is suffering from a life-threatening illness.
Yesterday was Rosmah’ first day trial, but she did not turn up at the High Court.
She is accused of three counts of graft amounting to hundreds of millions of ringgit involving a solar hybrid project in Sarawak.
Her lawyers informed the court yezterday Feb 2 that his client Rosmah was unwell to attend the court.
High Court judge Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan then postponed the hearing to Wednesday (Feb 5).
He also suggested that Rosmah attend the trial in a wheelchair.
