Heavy snow in several provinces of Morocco, Tourists travelling to Morocco make sure you pack warm clothing

Tourists and travelers going to Morocco in winter season are advised to “make sure you pack warm clothing, which means woollen sweaters, scarves, mittens, gloves and a winter jacket.”

According to Africa News, with temperatures of -5°C, areas in the north African nation of Morocco have experienced heavy snowfall especially in the mountainous High and Middle Atlas regions.

Same like previous years it was much colder around the same time. Snowfall and cold weather persist from Autumn till spring in several parts of Morocco including Ifrane, Khénifra, Azilal, Al Haouz, Beni Mellal, Midelt, Boulemane, Figuig and the reliefs of Chichaoua, Sefrou and Ouarzazate.
