PUTRAJAYA: Members of the public will have the opportunity to ask any questions pertaining to immigration matters during the “Day with Customers” organized by the Immigration Department of Malaysia (IDM) on 18th until 22nd July 2022 at Dewan Serbaguna Immigration Head Office, Putrajaya.
DIM in its statement said, the “Day with Immigration Customers” that will start from 9am until 5pm for five days among others will offer services such as enquiries, review and counseling on all immigration matters including black list review, application and issuance of passport counter, visa, pass and permit counter, foreign worker counter, expatriate counter, enforcement counter and safety and passport counter.
“Besides that, mobile service counter of the Department of Road Transport (JPJ), Tabung Haji counter, CUEPACS counter, Immigration souvenirs MOPRIMA and things for sales stall, Immigration Football Club souvenirs (IFC) and others.
“Visitors on the “Day with Immigration Customers” will also have the opportunity to get exclusive DIM souvenir via sharing and forwarding to the social media poster about the event using #HBPJIM2022.
