
PUTRAJAYA, June 5 — The wife to former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has today presented herself to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) for investigations into the SRC International corruption scandal.
She arrived at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s building this morning at 10.33am dressed in a dark blue baju kurung with a red-coloured head scarf.
Rosmah came in a luxury Mercedes-Benz S Class and escorted by Proton Exora and a Kia Sportage and accompanied by her best lawyers.
Her husband Najib Razak came to the same place for questioning two weeks ago.
Rosmah met with MACC officers at the lobby and escorted to the interview room.
After being questioned for more than 3 hours, she left at 3.44pm.
Najib gave his statement at the same interview room on 22 and 24 May.
He was questioned over the transfer of RM42 million from SRC International into his personal account.
The transfers were suspected to be linked to the larger 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal.
Najib and Rosmah were recently barred from leaving the country or going overseas by the new government till investigation completed – Malaysia World News
