KANGAR June 15: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador said that the Minister of Economic Affairs, Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali  will be called to give statements regarding the sex video that has gone viral.

However, the IGP did not mention the date of when the PKR Deputy President will be called to give statement to help in the investigation over a sex video allegedly involves him.

“That is the normal standard operational procedure (SOP) in investigating a case.

“We will take action by calling all those involved to give statements. We will take action professionally to be fair to all the parties involved,” he said as reported by Utusan Online today.

He added, at the moment the police has not obtained any sign of who is right and wrong and as such the authorities should be given time to complete the investigation.

“The people must have confidence in the police to carry out their job professionally,” he said at a press conference after attending the official opening ceremony of the Perlis Police Contingent Headquarters (IPK) here today.

Muhammad Haziq Abdul Aziz, a senior private secretary to Deputy Primary Industries Minister Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin,  confessed on social media posts that he was one of the two men in the gay sex video and that the video is real.

He also swears on the posting that the other person in the clip was the current minister and PKR leader, Azmin Ali.

The videos and posts have gone viral on social media and have shaken Malaysians conscience and caused a roar in the political scene.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Haziq Abdul Aziz has been arrested by the police and is being now investigated.

Azmin has strongly denied any involvement in the sex video and vowed to take legal action against his accuser. He also called the people not to trust  gutter politics.–Malaysia World News
