PUTRAJAYA JULY 9: Aidiladha gives a great meaning to the Muslims as it is closely related to repent, sacrifice and gratitude.

Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said, with such values, the people could continue to live harmoniously despite several uncertainties that are happening in the world today.

Ismail added, with tolerance based on ‘Tasamuh” concept in Islam that has become an important element to maintain unity and the happiness of the Malaysian Family.

“Tasamuh value is closely linked in the Hajj rituals. It does not differentiate the status and the position (rank) among the people but it reflects a big family that follows the pillar of Islam, peaceful and united.

“Aidiladha also teaches us to appreciate the kindness that Allah has given and sacrifice to help the needies and the helpless by offering welfare services so that the poor will not be sidelined.

“This is in line with the Malaysian Family concept that I have mooted in August last year to ensure no Malaysian Family will be left behind,” Ismail said in his speech In conjunction with Aidiladha that falls tomorrow.

The Prime Minister mentioned that currently there are more than 14,000 Malaysians becoming the guests of Allah in Mecca. I pray for all of them to become an excellent and obedient Muslim.
