
A 30-year-old man was found dead of Covid-19 on a roadside in Pahang while he was going back to his hometown Terengganu from Johor on foot.
Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham said that the body tested positive for COVID-19 after an autopsy.
It was reported that the deceased was an ex-security guard at Segamat Hospital in Johor.
Skuad Pengurusan Jenazah Malaysia (SPJM) said on its Facebook that the poor man who had no transport had traveled on foot to his hometown for 4 days before he died on the road on May 12.
