Several doctors from China coming to Malaysia to help handling coronavirus pandemic

PETALING JAYA: Several specialist doctors from China are coming to Malaysia today to share their expertise and success in fighting Covid-19 and assist in managing the pandemic.

According to a Facebook post by the Chinese Embassy, they are eight professionals, led by Dr Li Jun, chief physician of the Integrated Chinese and Western Emergency Medicine and vice-president of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

On April 10, Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said a team of medical professionals from China would come to Malaysia to share their expertise and help in handling the pandemic in Malaysia’s hospitals.
