Datuk Seri Azam Baki is the new chief of MACC

KUALA LUMPUR, March 9 — Datuk Seri Azam Baki has been appointed as the new head of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

 Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) announced today that the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has agreed to Azam’s appointment.

“The appointment takes effect from March 9,2020,” the PMO said.

Datuk Seri Azam Baki took over Latheefa Koya who has recently resigned from the post.
