JOHOR BARU, April 28 — Bersatu president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin today claims that Pakatan Harapan (PH) can not fulfil its 2018 election promises because it has it inherited a bankrupt administration from Barisan Nasional (BN).
He said that the country was in huge debt, and it was on the brink of bankruptcy when PH took over.
“It is not that we want to blame the previous government, but we inherited an administration that was almost bankrupt.
“Our resources were limited and we had to refocus our priorities,” Former Deputy Prime Minister was quoted as saying at a Bersatu meet-the-people session in Thistle Hotel here yesterday.
