KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Najib Razak and former Treasury secretary-general Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah have been slapped today with six charges of criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving RM6.6 billion worth of government funds.
However, both of them have pleaded not guilty to all six charges.
Court prosecutors requested RM3mil in bail each for Najib and Dr Mohd Irwan.
Najib had already paid RM4.5mil in bail for his previous 32 charges.
