Pakatan Harapan needs more than 100 days to deliver all its manifesto promises.

Before the 14th general election 9 May, Pakatan Harapan pledged to deliver all its manifesto promises within 100 days.

However, the 100 days have already passed and the new government, Pakatan Harapan has not yet delivered all.

Some of the promises had been fulfilled, such as the elimination of the blacklist of borrowers of the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN), and the abolishment of the goods and services tax (GST).

Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad reportedly said that the election manifesto is not a bible (religious book) to adhere to, but it is just a guidance to follow.

Deputy Prime Minister Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail yesterday hinted that Pakatan Harapan government needs more than 100 days to deliver on its promises.

“How many days have we (Harapan) been in the government? How long was BN in the government?” She asked back reporters while attending a free health screening programme in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
