Kuala Lumpur– Maserati’s first SUV, Levante has arrived in Malaysia market. The diesel-powered Levante enters Malaysia’s luxury SUV segment at the starting price of MYR 888,800.00 (inclusive of local taxes and duties) .
The Levante is based on the evolution of Maserati’s sedan platform and provides the smooth handling and refined characteristic of the brand’s saloons on-road whilst also proving impressively capable off-road.

Levante is equipped with the latest evolution of the Maserati’s 3-litre V6 engines. The Malaysian market will get to enjoy the frugal turbodiesel version with reduced dwell time injectors, capable of 275 hp and delivering 0-100 km/h in 6.9 seconds. With a maximum speed of 230 km/h, it still manages to keep the fuel economy as low as 7.2 litres/100 km. The Levante adopts the eight-speed automatic ZF gearbox that provides seamless comfort and fast gear shifting, depending on the selected drive mode and presents a choice of four drive modes, “Normal”, I.C.E., “Sport” and “Off-road”. Each one constitutes a distinct car character intelligently altering engine, transmission, suspension and electronics features.
Performance-oriented features, such as the extensive use of lightweight materials, ideal 50:50 weight distribution and the lowest center of gravity in class, enable Maserati’s newest offering to deliver unparalleled agility in the luxury SUV class.
