Movida Kitchen and Terrace PJ Centerstage: New Menu for Happy Hours

“We have been incredibly lucky to be backed by many loyal communities and their regular support is very much appreciated. It is time to create a new look and feel with new food menu and new cocktail drinks to reward everyone, “said the owner of Movida PJ Centrestage, Tracy Toh.

“It is also a pleasure to work with Chef Pele, who continues to expand his creativity. Stay tune with Movida PJ Centrestage for a pleasant evening and fun dinning,” added Tracy Toh.

” Movida is a place I like so much as it is different from my previous work place. There is more fun here. Everybody can come and cheer up with us. The concept is good. We always make sure we serve healthy food,” said Chef Pele.

“We try to have some characters and specialty in our food. However, because we want to cater for most people, we do not want to be over creative … it looks simple but with optimum taste, and match any drink you like,’’ he added.

Not only it offers extra beverages such as wine or beers but you can also order a nice soft drink only to eat with delicious food as in the new menu that you may have your mouth watered to taste. Some of the soft drinks available are Pina Cocada, Cranyini and Water Melon Martini.

Besides having tasty food, you would enjoy life music played by talented local band and singers.  And for sure I do not know how many hours you can stay enjoying the evening there! Movida is a place for happy evenings, partying, and chilling with friends. For great eaters, Movida is an ideal choice as the dishes are perfectly cooked and not greasy.

If you are coming with friends or family, it is advisable to reserve a table of your choice as early as possible as the place gets crowded as the evening goes, especially after 7pm during the weekend.

Among the delicious new recipes and snacks in the new menu are : Egg Benedict, Salmon Yaki Salad, Char Grilled Squid, Vietnamese Beef Noodle, Salmon Enpapilotte, Trio of Mantou, Ebiko Fried Rice, and Oreo Cheese Cake.

Ebiko Fried Rice
Ebiko Fried Rice- a Japanese-Malaysian concept food – Enjoyable with the spicy prawn sambal served on banana leaf, “keropok” and ebiko shrimp rolls, together with a cucumber shaped into a leaf and indeed an appetizer.
Trio of Mantou
Trio of Mantou – ensemble burgers with different stuffing and ingredients from various countries served in western style. The three different kinds of stuffings are the smoked duck with mango salsa and balsamic reduction sauce, smoked salmon with capers and sour cream and turkey ham with pineapple and honey mustard sauce.
Salmon Enpapilotte
Salmon Enpapilotte- This is a very interesting, healthy and nutritious grilled snack that can become popular very fast. The flavor and texture is perfectly intact, being wrapped in a foil. It goes along with vegetables like carrot and leeks. Dressing it with butter, white vine, and lemon zest add the most flavor.
Salmon Yaki Salad
Salmon Yaki Salad- The salmon is grilled with Japanese soya sauce and served together with chelsea’s eggs, tomato sazza and lettuce. What makes it different and amazingly delicious is the dressing – is a mixed Japanese-Italian.
Vietnamese Beef Noodle - When it comes to a simple comfort food, a bowl of noodles served with beef meatballs, bean sprouts, Thai basils and spring onions will make a nice and good food for you - A soup that goes with noodles has the Vietnamese touch. The noodles are soft and chewy, the soup is savory and the meatballs are tender.
