Malaysia’s Covid-19 spike again – 187 new cases today
KUALA LUMPUR, May 26 — Malaysia’s three-digit Covid-19 has spiked again with 187 new cases detected today (Tuesday, May 26), bringing total number to 7,604.
Yesterday, 172 new cases were detected, and today is the highest in three weeks since May 3.
The Health Ministry yesterday explained that the sudden increase in the number of new Covid-19 cases was not because of Hari Raya celebrations or interstate trips.
Today sudden hit number of new Covid-19 cases will mark a worry among Malaysians and the Ministry of Health, after two weeks of calm and hope that Malaysia can achieve 1 digit.
